I have lived here for two years and am moving out soon due to rent increases. This complex is not really that bad, although it seems old. The apartments are kept up reasonably well, although if you have a leak, forget about repairs. Everything else is fixed quickly, they seem to ignore leaks though. The pools are clean and well maintained, pretty quiet complex, even if the walls are kinda thin. My only real complaint is the severe lack of security. Me and my wifes cars were broken into four times in the last three months, once for stereo, once for a battery' and twice for siphoning gas. There are no gates here and security is a joke, part ime at best and it is just some old guy on a bike. The management is great however, they really seem to do all they can to help with any problem. I do like the convienince to shopping nearby. Overall a good place, but i think they want a bit too much money for what you get.
