It's apartment living people, get used to it unless you can afford to buy an outrageously overpriced house!! I moved here from New york 6 months ago and It's like I'm in paradise. I pay the same here for 2 bedrooms as I did for a 4th floor walk up with the laundry room in the basement. And here I have a pool, fit center, and jacuzzi. This is by far the best place to live

Get your facts straight, buddy. For the same price you pay at Pillar, you could be renting a 3 bedroom house in Chandler. Go to prsrentals.com or the classified ads. These places are way over-priced.
