I mistakenly signed my lease before completely investigating this complex. They have some rediculous contract with Quest which bars Cox from offering service here. So if you want cable TV, it has to be satellite. High speed internet' Nope, not available. They have some ------ shared service that you pay $40/month that's slower than DSL and costs more. It frequently goes down, and unlike Cox who fixes outtages 24/7, you have to set up a service call for the next day. They dont work nights, and never would come out the same day. They have claimed for the last 3 years that they'll be upgrading it, yeah right.

The apartment itself is very nice, especially the kitchen (except the black faux granite counter tops). The walls are way too thin. I can hear every single one of my neighbors when they watch tv or play the radio. My complaints to management go unheard. Only the living room and master bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Parking sucks ass. Each place gets one covered spot, but there's never enough uncovered parking, so visitors have to walk excessively long distances. The fact that visitors cant get in the East gate is also annoying. They have to drive over 10 speed bumps just to get to buildings 15-19. Using a passcard system is retarded. My last apartment gave us little remotes to open the gates.

The apartment office isn't open nearly enough hours, especially on the weekends. So if you work 9-5, you pretty much have to wait til the weekend to get a package. Sandy is the only truly friendly person who works in the office, everyone else just seems annoyed all the time. Oh, and Sandy remembers just about everyone's name.

Would I move in here again if I had to do it all over again' Hell no. The price was good when I first moved in, but they want way too much for the ------ service, especially from Quest. Its a nice area of Chandler, but there are plenty of other complexes that are equally nice for a better price.

Oh, and if I haven't mentioned it enough Quest sucks. They have the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced. I can't believe this complex values the kickback they get from Quest each month from this contract over the needs of their tenants. Its just revolting. So if you're shopping for a new place to live, make sure and call Cox to ensure they offer service there. Don't support Quests crappy monopoly!
