There were a few positive points. The electric bill was reasonable, so the thermal insulation was good. Sandy was very professional and helpful. Everyone else who worked there was worthless.

The grounds smell like dog poop after a rain. The residents were fairly noisy and low brow. Rappers moved into a couple of apts near me only a month or so before I moved out.

The DirecTV and Qwest DSL both broke twice while I was there. The shared T1 DSL was actually pretty slow, too. The Qwest cable and broadband (not DSL) I have in my current apartment are much better and much cheaper. They had two cheap old treadmills that were often both broken at the same time. Even when one was working it was usually half broken. One treadmill ran much faster at slow speeds than the other. I think they used a really cheap repair service.

The apartment was in pitiful condition at move-in. The living room had a big yellow stain and many discolor blotches where they probably tried to chemically clean or stain the carpet instead of replacing it. There were rectangles on the wall where they missed repainting. They had replaced the door knob after the previous resident moved out, but didn't bother to repaint the proper color around the new door knob. When they came in later to do all the move-in repairs for me they just changed the color shade a bit.
