The staff is rude and very snotty. There is no customer service. No one ever answers the phone.

They don't answer the phone because they are much too busy playing pool. I swear, one time I called like, 4 times, and no one would pick up the phone, all I got was the answering machine. So I go down to the office, and what do I see but Asheeka and some other leasing agent playing pool. It was total B.S.
