I have recently moved from Pillar at Pecos Springs after residing there for 3 years.
I can honestly say it was the best apartment I have had.
The staff were always very helpful, and always enjoyed when I visited with my young child.Maintence was always taken care of timeously and I never experienced any of the difficulties that many of you talk about on this website.

I have noticed that every one has something negative to say , but no one mentions the good , perhaps all you happy residents and I know there is alot of you, should write about your pleasant experiences at this complex.

my move in date was May 12th of this year,my husband is already in the apartment and I won't be there until next week, but i'm not even in it yet, and I regret it. I loved the apartment when we looked at it,I loved the location and I love the grounds, but someone needs to do a serious upgrade on one particular leasing manager. She is the rudest individual I have ever met. Like i said i'm not even in the apartment yet, and I have regrets. She is very snappy, unwilling to help with anything and if you have to ask her a question, she makes you feel like you had some nerve, and from the time I filled out the application to now, my husband and I feel like we are not worthy to live there. I can't believe they allow someone to work there and deal with the public like that. This is going to be my home for the next year, and I don't want to feel like if I sneeze wrong she will be on my front door.
