I lived here from 2004-2006. A resident that was having beef with another resident had plans to damage their car as soon as the guy was moving out. Well, move-out day came and they assumed my car was the person's car and took a baseball bat to the side mirror. It cost me almost $200 to fix. They also put a dent in the front of the car where the bat missed during the 1st attempt. I filed a police report. I have never seen such ignorance in my life. And not just from the residents, but also the management because I thought they supposedly ran criminal/backgroud checks on these people' Yes, I understand that this could happen anywhere, but this never happened to me at any other complex I lived at.

All of the neighbors were noisy and had no respect. There was some punk next to me that liked to play All American Rejects at full blast. The other neighbors had a brat daughter that slammed doors and screamed at her mom all day. There was also some guy with Little Weenie Complex that would rev his motor bike in the parking lot. He would just sit there and rev it and pray and hope that someone would notice him. When I first moved in, there was a dog that would bark, literally, like all day long. It was "bark, bark bark"....then silence. Then it would start again 4 seconds later. This went on for months. My complaints would fall on deaf ears. Finally the dog was taken away. There is a statement in the lease about not disrupting the peace of your other neighbors and this included animals. So why did it take 2 f-ing months to do something' I just got so sick and tired of it.

There is also a ton of bugs, including scorpions. Not to mention black widows, centipedes, ants, bees, moths, and these crazy ass roach/beetle-looking things that are as big as mice.

And the maintenance guys are very hazardous drivers. A few times I almost hit them after they tried to get in through the gate as I was trying to leave. Again, this all boils down to ignorance.

Also watch out for the people that like to get their mail. They park all along the curb and clog the entrance up. They'll also sit there for an hour trying to figure out the code for the gate because they're too stupid to remember their key. And others will try to sneak in through the gate as you're coming out. Three times I almost hit someone. Again, ignorance.

When I left, I was paying $1000 for a 2 bedroom. They keep jacking the prices up. Sorry, but you can rent a house for that much.
