If you want noise and inconsiderate people...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
...move here ! I've been here since 2003 and have been subjected to all kinds of rudeness. I was literally tortured in 2006 for 4 months from some guy's subwoofer. He finally left...now it is starting all over again with a new noise generator who has blasted music and movies until 2 A.M. Don't move here.
*** Update - management has been very pro-active...perhaps things will improve *** 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
