We moved in and were there for about 3 weeks before we already had to call maintenance. They came out right away, and did a good job. Then we had to call again to fix a faulty sink. They came out the next day and fixed it. Yeah, maintenance was great, except that sometime after they came, and before we had our locks changed, we had someone breaking into our apartment. They never took anything, but my husband was in the bathroom 2 of the 3 times and called out and then heard the door shut. We went to management and ----- said she would change our locks for us. When we had someone try to break into our truck, we decided to see if they would help us out further and either get us out of our lease or let us transfer to another Pillar complex down the street. They said sure, but for a fee. A LARGE fee. When they broke into our truck, we had some neighbors in another building who were outside waiting for their pizza guy. They saw the whole thing, and when we asked them to describe whoever it was, they described to a T the maintenance man who had fixed our apartment. We called the police as well as property security. Property Security said they would let the office know. The office said they never got any statement from them. The office was no help, we just stopped dealing with them as much as possible.
