Convenient location, reasonable rent
for what you get. Noise is a considerable
problem; lots of vehicles with those big
fat exhaust pipes...plus these auto and
home amplified subwoofers have got to go...
the bass sub-frequencies they produce
are dangerous (look it up).

Response 2. I've been a renter for nearly 25 years, so I do not need your 'welcome' to apartment living. Further, this particular situation will not exist 'wherever I move'.
