| Convenient location, reasonable rent for what you get. Noise is a considerable problem; lots of vehicles with those big fat exhaust pipes...plus these auto and home amplified subwoofers have got to go... the bass sub-frequencies they produce are dangerous (look it up). | ||||||||||||
