Pinnacle Queen Creek is not a great place.......

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
If you work at Intel's fab 12 or 22 this is not too bad to start out with. However you might as well buy a house. I never got back my refundable deposit - and niether has anyone who rents there. The staff there is not helpful at all. Nice apartments, but horrible staff - move to Tempe if you need to rent and save yourself some money.
