Okay, but will not renew

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Place is in a great part of town and I love the area. However, the staff are rude (especially the manager) and very unhelpful. Way too much money paid for service given. My apartment was filthy upon move-in with cat feces and urine on built in plant shelf in kitchen. I will not be renewing my lease.
