They start out with such a nice disposition, but will nickel-and-dime you for everything. For example, they have a $20 delivery charge which entails an office person to walk out of their office and deliver a note to your door - a stamp is cheaper. Their lease contract is full of small charges that you need to watch for or else they will trap you. It?s not really worth it ? some other apartment complex will likely be better. Try others first?
