I moved into this apartment community with a roommate last April and on the second night we lived there a cockroach ran across me while I was sleeping in my bed. I ran out of my room screaming bloody murder only to find another in the bathroom. I realize this is Arizona and all, but I've lived here for 4 years now and never even saw one before I moved to this apartment community. Upon contacting the office about my disgusting discovery I was made to feel like an idiot for even implying that there were roaches in my apartment. After a week the office staff finally sent out an exterminator, however, it took several calls to the city of Chandler in order for the problem to subside. It's important to note that my roommate and I are impecably clean, so there should be no reason why roaches would be in our apartment. To further my disgust I once went outside to use my cell phone (which you should consider by the way since most providers don't have adequate coverage in that area), while outside I sat down on the sidewalk and moments later had 3 roaches crawling all over me and several more crawling around on the sidewalk near the sewer.

Don't move to this community unless you're an entomology major!!!
