I cna agree that the management staff at Pinnacle Terrace is an immature staff to work with. They treat you great to get you in the door and paying money, then if you have any problems with anything in your apartment or the way the complex is run, it becomes your problem. They will work their hardest to make it your problem. The immaturity of the staff shines through when all the blame is put on the renter. They are very unpleasant to work with.

Pinnacle Terrace is a beautiful place to live. It is also low rent for newer apartments in such a great area; however, paying a few extra dollars a month at a completing complex is probably worth it when it comes down to dealing with the staff at Pinnacle Terrace.
