I recently moved to Arizona and picked Chandler as a place to live after searching several communities I accidently found Pinnacle Terrace and was glad I did. The staff was very friendly and helpful with with all my needs. Recently they were nominated from the AMA as best community staff for 2002. I can see why as they treat everyone fairly and friendly. They also belong to the crime-free multihousing and they have a Chandler policer employed as their courtesy officer. This community has it together.
