On 2/4/2003 one of our residents came by the office to show us this site. After logging on I found it to be a wonderful tool and will recommend it to others.

I would like to address some of the concerns some renters may have:

Apartment leaks: With common walls there is common plumbing and sometimes a leak or flood can occur. Here at Pinnacle Terrace we take floods very seriously. To repair a flood correctly it can take several days. First the carpet will need to dry completely using fans or blowers. If the drywall is affected it will need opened up to dry so no mold is present. After everything is dry the reapirs to both carpet and drywall will be completed. We recommend renters insurance as you would have home owners insurance for your home.

I do believe we have the most professional associates in the industry here at Pinnacle Terrace. Extensive training for our careers are governed by Fairhousing Laws.
All concerns are treated in an appropriate manner such as deposits, lease breaks, rental payments, transfers, lease renewals and maintenance. These concerns must be handled the same way for everyone. We have been asked to deviate from policies and cannot due to Fairhousing.
