This has been the worst rental experience I've ever had, bar none. The office staff are generally incompetent, unfriendly, and unwilling to take even the slightest initiative to help with requests. The grounds staff go them one better, walking around with a perpetual scowl/snarl on their face; never a courteous hello or any sort of civility.

Go with Mark Taylor, if you can swing it. I lived there for years; the comparison is like night and day, believe me. This place (Pinnacle Terrace) is a disaster.
