Nice place, bad service

I agree with the general consensus that the apartment itself is pretty nice. There is plenty of space, the general community is nice, and the location is great.
The staff on the other hand is typically rude and they are horribly inefficient when it comes to getting anything done. We actually had our car stolen from their parking lot, which had our mail key, pool key, and gym key in it.
When we reported the incident and tried getting our keys replaced, they basically tried to pass us off to everyone and their dog. Every call we made (at their behest), we were told to talk to someone else. We were given this same runaround 9 times! It took over 2 WEEKS to get our mail key back, and they charged us about $100 altogether.
The list goes on. Our hot water didn't work in our master bath, and it took 6 months, a stack of additional complaints, and a tirade before anyone finally came out to fix it. And right now, we're still waiting for our toilet to get fixed (going on three weeks now).
I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm looking to break my lease (price tag of over $3,000) and get into a house as soon as possible. If you're thinking about moving here, forget about it. It's not worth it.
