I lived here for about 2 years total. I stayed because the apt itself was very nice, the location was great, and even the maintenace was great. However, I badly wanted to leave because of the apt management. Each time I visited the office, I had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to help me -- This was even to just drop off the rent check! Sometimes the management was just chatting to each other or talking on the phone... very annoying. The one time that I was 15 mintues late with the rent check, they required that I pay the $35 late fee. Security is also a problem as well, even though the complex is gated. My friend's car was broken into and everything was stolen from inside.
