Apartments are nice and somewhat spacious. The location is great! The staff is absoulutely horrible. They want nothing but your money. They all seem very glad to accomodate your every need until they get you, then you are nothing to them. Then really look out when you move. That is when they will get you again. Even if your apartment is left very clean, they will charge you with unbelievable charges for unbelieveable reasons. Beware if you stay here for years as I did. The carpet was not new when I moved in and after being there for 4.5 years, and cleaning my carpet every 4 to 5 months, would you believe they charged me for new carpet'

What started out to be a good experience, ended up really pissing me off.

Would I recommend Pinnacle Terrace to anyone' Only my worst enemy. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! There are other properties in Chandler where you will be treated like a human being, and probably pay less.
