I have lived in a number of apartment complex's in the Phoenix area over the years and I have to say that Pinnacle Terrace is among the best and worst I've ever seen.

The apartments themselves are very nice and the grounds are well kept, but the management of the property is at best....PATHETIC!

The manager is a liar, telling you one thing and then doing another. And she always blames the residents for her shortcomings. It is also quite apparent that BRE management company doesn't care about the kind of people they have working for them, so long as they keep putting people in the apartments, integrity be damned!

They have a security gate that is a joke because people simply have to wait for one of the residents to leave and they just drive right on in.People speed thru the parking lot at 30-40 MPH all the time, especially at night. You can smell the constant pot parties that go on nightly. I have been approched by solicitors at my front door on several occasions and find flyers on my car all the time. The lighting on the grounds is almost non-existant.

I would highly recommend that you avoid this complex at all cost.
