Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I'm still living here- they scare you into making the longest term lease that you can to avoid "higher rates". As a result, my husband and I are stuck here for another 7 months and we want to get out! Apartment is ok- maintenance looks good in the winter, but is terrible in the summer. They don't enforce the community rules very well and you catch people doing what they should be doing in the bedroom- in the pool.
