OK...so have you ever read one of these reviews and thought...NO WAY!!! Thats what I thought. But then I decided to drive by and check this place out. The grounds are spotless, the pool looked great, and the staff was so friendly. I asked them why they had such a poor rating, and they told me that no one ever logs on to say the good stuff! They only take the time to do it when they are ticked off or didn't get their way. Anyway, I took a chance and signed a lease (made it a short one just in case). It has been over a month now and I love this place. The staff is great (Manager is new) and the Maintenance is awsome! So I guess you can't believe everything you read.

I am interested in this property as well. Agree with your comments about grounds, positive attitude, etc. I heard some residents have recently left complaining that there is too much partying at night, loud music, etc. Any truth? I am interested in a nice place and understand some times people may play their music a little loud, but is this a real problem? Noticed several 'goth-like' cars and dirt bikes along the back parking spaces, but otherwise nice cars, no junkers, etc.

This place has it's moments. The way that you request maintenance for your apartment has some issues. We put in a request to have something fixed over two months ago and never got a call back. I guess it is a good thing I fixed it myself!!! In the past serious complaints were not taken seriously. Since the new manager started things are slowly starting to change and for the better. Overall the place is pretty nice the area is fairly quiet.
