I have lived here many years. When I moved in years ago, this place was spotless and maintained meticulously. The pools were checked daily...dogs were limited to small ones...there was care and concern for the community....These days...there is dog poop all over and all size dogs are allowed to run and poop wherever they please..Garbage piles up by the front doors of the apartments......in the old days, you got cited for those kind of things...The pools go untouched for weeks..One pool was closed and green for weeks.during the late summer...The water is turned off randomly without notice for "work issues"...many of the apartments went without heat for days during the coldest nights.....the requests were too overwhelming to handle quickly, they said....Windows are never washed, I am on the second floor and they have not been washed since I moved in ....and this is the dusty desert....no one cares...imagine looking out my windows..'' Lights are not replaced...the walkways, pools and hot tub have been dark for months...I keep hoping someone else will buy out this community or turn it into condos...anything that will bring about change...

I agree with you on many points this place is horrible. When you put in a request they always take forever to fix them. Then if you call to check on the request they either say we have no record or make up some lame excuse as to why the problem cannot be fixed. I must say on the dog thing that no matter what size dog it is it shouldn't matter, a dog is a dog if they are going to be allowed they really can't discriminate because one dog is big. I have seen many people clean up after their pets and you have to give credit to those who do. Oh the pool thing???. I have seen people turn off the light. I discovered it after someone did it with me there. I don???t think the office even knows. Anyway it is really annoying and unsafe.

I agree with you on this posting and the date is May 19, 2008. Funny, because you wrote this back in January of 2008. They asked if I would renew and I was like "your kidding me". The pool looks disgustingly dirty, along with the hot tub. The Cabana Bar is dirty and the dirty garbage smells there. The so call business center has one broken computer, a broken chair that looks very unsafe to even be in the center and a printer that is also broken. You mentioned pets. Don't get me started on pets. They don't clean the carpets in the apartments prior to move in as they promise. When we moved in to our apartmen, a heavy chemical smell was in the apartment, we figured that it was probably becaused they were trying to masked the cat urine smell that eventually arose a month after moved in. They didn't want to help with this, they just wanted to mask the smell further. When I first moved in, the apartment looked nice, but after a few months, it wasn't too appealing. There are also alot of outlets where ants come in. I wouldn't recommend this place.
