I was a resident for several years. I moved out the fall of 2007 as I had purchased a home. The location was very convenient. Rent was o.k. Some years it stayed the same and one year even went down. some years went up a little, but not enough to consider moving and all that moving entails. Maintenance was good, everything fixed within a day. The last six months of my stay the management seemed to change. The main gate was broken for what seemed weeks at a time. Maintenance would seem to loose my requests. Maintenance seems to have sticky fingers. I noticed things missing in the last 6 months. Binoculars, cam-corder and a digital camera I noticed were missing over time. These are things I do not use on a regular basis. I inquired to management to see if other residents had similar issues but was told mine was isolated. Since I was moving I had the chance to go thru EVERY box I had and the conclusion is someone stole my items and could only be employees of this apartment. I did not report to the police as I can not give a specific date that my items were taken.

We too had problems with the maintenance at this place. I came home one day for lunch and there was a maintenance guy in my apartment - "checking the air". GET THE F' OUT OF MY APARTMENT! I DIDNT INVITE YOU IN!!! Seriously.. What a nightmare this place was!
