I have lived at Pinnacle Terrace for approximately one year. I have a three bedroom, two bathroom, downstairs unit. I will be moving out next month because my boyfriend and I are moving across the country.

Pros: The grounds are very nice as are the buildings. The square footage for the price is decent, especially compared to prices on the east coast that I am used to! The patios are large and it is nice having a garage. Kitchens are spacious and appliances are in fairly good condition. Management is timely and has improved since we first moved in.

Cons: When I moved in, the carpet, specifically in the living room, was dirty. I called the leasing office and they told me it had been cleaned before we moved in. It really should have been replaced and when I move out next month, they better not charge me for it! I have had two different sets of neighbors upstairs from me during my time here. I had to write to the leasing office several times about the second, and current, upstairs neighbors. They were constantly listening to loud music after quiet hours and they hung up Christmas lights in front of MY bedroom window. Last time I checked, they don't rent the outside stairs leading up to their apartment. They could have hung the lights from their own balcony or patio! The insulation between floors is AWFUL. The floor boards in their unit, specifically in the master bedroom creak like crazy. It keeps me up constantly. Their washing machine is also extremely loud and would wake me up (because they would do laundry at midnight!). Luckily they stopped doing laundry too late at night after I left them a note about it. Another negative is people don't pick up after their dogs. Some have very large dogs, which I thought was against the management's dog policy, but who knows. Regardless, there is dog feces EVERYWHERE.

I would live here again but would request a second-story unit. With the exception of my upstairs neighbors, I have enjoyed living here and it is close by to so many wonderful attractions!
