Things have not changed much in the last year here, this apartment complex is far from the quality it used to be. I do feel the apartment manager is doing her best, but she is so overwhelmed. Office staff and maintenance people change on a weekly basis, and no one really cares. We had a windstorm last week and lots of rain...twigs, palm branches and various leafs and bugs are still in the pool one week later...even through memorial day weekend, nothing was vacuumed or cleaned...chairs are haphazardly thrown wherever the last person leaves them..Recently, there was a horrific pounding around the pool coming from deep underground...for an hour...all the residents were out and moving about not knowing what was about to happen...but most feared for an explosion....It turned out the gas line to heat the back pool was faulty and we could all have been blown to bits...The manager stopped by while fire and police were deciding what was happening....Her answer to it was go back to your apartments the gas line is off...She seemed quite unhappy that she was called after hours...regardless of our safety....Dog feces are still everywhere...I don't honestly think any of the set rules are followed anymore...No lights in the back pool....dark all the time....It is seriously time to move on...to a place where someone cares.

You are being a bit dramatic here. I live by the back pool, and I was there. No explosion! Just a bad spa heater! Take it easy chicken little.
