Ok this place screwed me really bad, I'm taking leagal action against them and am writing this to help others avoid this massive headache.

First our apartment flooded twice and they never helped us after multiple requests, the our dryer broke and they said that there was nothing that they could do''''' fortunately my Brother is a genious and was able to fix it. We got a horrible mold problem that had been festering in the walls for God knows how long and it made all of us sick, again they did nothing about this even after 5 requests. Lastly after moving out they billed me 430.07 claiming that I owed them for back rent. I contacted them about it and they said that I only gave them a 30 day notice (like it said in the contract I signed), but they require 45 days.

The staff sucks and is often times short and rude.

Its not worth it please save yourself the BS.

My new place (San Ventura) right up the street is a MILLION times better and nicer.

The new place is perfect, I have yet to have a problem. Its called San Ventura, its right next to St. Andrews Church on ray right around the corner. Good luck!!

I have mold to and they told me to clean it but it keeps comming back, how is telling me to clean it helpful!!!!! My whole family is sick all the time, including a 16 month old baby, nothing works and they wont fix it. the people down stains chain smoke inside and my whole apartment reeks of cigeretts making us even sicker! Tell me about this new apartment, how is the ventalization?
