I have lived at Pinnacle terrace for one year. It is truly a nice place to live. The area around pinnacle terrace is very convenient with ample shopping.

The management of Pinnacle Terrace go out of their way to keep the grounds and look of the apartments very new and well maintained. The service staff has always been great and handling my needs.

Pinnacle Terrace is very safe and so is the area it is located in.

The office staff has been awesome in helping me and made things very convenient. The one major negative was a neighbor who though having parties till 5 am and blasting music was enjoyed by all. I informed the staff and it stopped immediately. Otherwise my neighbors are all working adults or families and the community is very quiet.

The one downside is the one bedroom apartments could have been designed better. There is little storage space and too much space devoted to the balcony and not to the living area.

Overall my experience has been very positive and I have just renewed for a second year.
