I like this place, it s quiet and the landscape is well maintained. I have lived here for a year, and just renewed my lease for another year. The staff in the office is friendly and handles questions or request in a timely manner. I have had several minor maintenance issues, (water leak from sink, clogged shower head, and a couple of other very minor issues). The maintenance staff handled those request within 24 hours or less (most of the time the same day). The only issue that took more then a day was my ice maker, they had to order a part that took 2 days to fix. I like it here.
