Good staff, but apartments not the newest!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
We looked at Reflections when we moved from California, and although the staff is very friendly and professional and the place is clean, the apartments themselves are bit old...perhaps 10 or 15years old and it shows.. For the same rent (infact even a bit lower) we found other apartments that were newly constructed...and hence would be cleaner and have less maintenence issues!!
