I am a traveling nurse. My assignments take me into three to four apartment each year. I found Reflections on this web site, and they proved to be everything the rating said they would be. I rented sight unseen. The staff helped me in every step, all handled by phone, fax, and fed-x. The staff had my apartment waiting with a welcome basket and card on the counter. I arrived after hours, the manager gave me a number to have her paged. She met me there and gave me the keys. They went out of their way to make my arrival as easy as the move. I had a great experience. As for the "yuck" comment, sounds like the competition or a smart_ss.
I depend on these rating and have found the true comments to be very helpful when traveling as I do. The grounds and park/lake area made me feel like I was at home in the Carolinas. Many, Many extras. I give it ALL thumbs UP!
