I only decided to write on this site after reading the one comment regarding getting a newer, better apartment cheaper. Well let me tell you, I just moved a few months ago from a newer, bigger, and less expensive place farther south and the maintenance was horrible. I had leaks, scorpions, mold, cracks in the walls, etc. Reflections, although several years older than my previous apartment is much better maintained. I also know that my neighbors, when they renewed received new blinds, lighting, sinks, etc., just to keep their place looking good. And that's a renewal!
I would highly recommend this community. Just being "new" doesn't automatically make it better.
