Not bad, but some serious safety problems: *Car broken into (Not gated)
*Weird sex offender stalking neighbor's kid
*Lights out
For the price, I'd go to a newer place--Less wear and tear on the apartments and better facilities. Try San Brisas.

The actual real truth is: *Arizona is #1 in car break-ins and theft. *Weird sex offender was NOT a resident and actually caught on the property due to watching neighbors. *The lights were out in the parking lot after a bad monsoon, but were back up the next day. Get your facts straight before you slam a property or people with-out cause. |
