The manager is VERY unfriendly. Office staff is good. Manager tries to screw you every chance she gets.

Not a safe complex. Cars get broken into and stolen very often. Sexual predator was running around looking into little girls window. There is no security at all here. There are no gates. When questioned about security, the manager blames it on the people who got their stuff stolen. Nice. Dont be late on rent.

Parking stinks. There is assigned parking, but they make it very far away. Hardly any unassigned parking for a second vehichle and dont plan on having family or friends over as they will have no place to park. The apartment itself is nice and when there is a problem, it gets fixed quickly.

Other Tenants will play music VERY loud out there apartment windows so the can hear it at the swimming pool.

Would not reccomend it to anyone. Wish I would have rented a house.

This must be a very unhappy person! I have lived at this complex for a very long time and although incidents do occasionally happen, this is just life. Even in a gated community, if someone wants to get in it is VERY easy! I have lived in a GATED community on a MILITARY base and even then there were incidents. People will be people after all. As for this community it is great! You can tell this by the wonderful reviews it has received from happy renters!!

I'm confused again...Were there gates when you moved in? Everyone keeps saying we don't have gates. No kidding! Why is that suddenly an issue because of 1 trespasser? Anyone can walk on to a gated community as well. And I have seen uniformed security officers walking the property at night, so it's a lie to say we don't have any security.
