Yes, cars get stolen all over Phoenix--We all read the news, but I wish this place was gated, and for the price they should be able to do it. Then maybe we wouldn't have strangers walking by and looking in our windows. I'm shopping around and if I have to pay a little more to get the service and value I want, it'll be worth it. I'm confused... Were there gates when you moved in? I have read three reviews that have mentioned 1 AND I MEAN 1 instance of a trespasser and this is enough to say the place isn't safe? If you want to pay more, why didn't you in the first place? Do you think more expensive means safer? Think again.

Acutally, I choose this community because of reviews on this site and others and after a through check out of the office and community.. believe it to live up to the excellant comments here. This community is quite safe and belongs to the crime free program promoted by the police department. I found the rent very reasonable in comparison to many many apts in this area.. I also found the staff delightful including the manager.. any one that uses the term "tries to screw you" as the previous comment when address cannot possible be taken seriously.
