It's hard to believe the couple of recent negative comments. This complex is extremely quiet, well maintained, and with a very friendly and efficient management and maintenance staff. Everything was clean and ready when I moved in. The apartment is very well constructed with minimal noise from the other apartments, and the grounds and parking areas are well maintained. The one minor maintenance problem I had was fixed immediately. Residents represent a nice mix of people, and are very friendly. I think it would be hard to find a better place for the money
