My neighbor mentioned this site to me and I thought I'd add a few of my own nice words. I have rented here since 2001 and just renewed for another year. In the past 3 1/2 years, we have had the same manager which I think is a big part of consistancy in any community. We have routine maintenance upgrades both interior and exterior which really shows how much the owners of this community care about their investment. I feel if I ever have any problem, I am not only welcomed but urged to enlist the office manager's help. There has been quite a bit of turnover in maintenance help, but I have always been serviced quickly and accurately. I have friends living in other area apartment communities and they always are surprised at how nice this one looks all the time. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking to make a long-term home.
