I'm 7 years and still renewing! Last year the manager replaced my carpet and vinyl, blinds, new lighting, new microwave...I couldn't be happier with my apartment face-lift. I plan to be here as long as they'll have me! And I don't want to forget the maintenance staff. They are top notch!!!

I am wondering if this apartment complex has any pest issues? Especially spiders, roaches, and scorpions? I am terrified of creepy crawlies and I heard that pest control don't usually work to eradicate scorpions. Please advise

I have lived here for a long time and I have never seen any scorpions. I think that living by a lake keeps them away. They dont like water!! We are offered pest control every week if we are interested. I do know that they spray the outside of the buildings every month. If you have more questions Im sure that the office would give you whatever info they have! Good luck!!
