I was charged a higher rate for an apt with a "view of the pool." The only way I could see the pool was if I went outside on my balcony, stood in the far corner, leaned over and looked around the trees. Also, the washer and dryer were very old and not good quality. After the first couple of weeks, I ended up going to a laundry because most of my clothes were ruined by being twisted out of shape, or caught under the agitator. Don't try and work from home on Friday mornings as the lanscape crew is up and at em for most of the morning. Lastly, the duck and birds are everywhere. I had to tiptoe through the mess everyday to get in and out of my apt. Other than that, the managment was top rate and the location can't be beat. I would live there again, but make sure I got a lakeview apt away from the trees and birds.
