well gee, let me tell you about the MOLD that grows in this place. Yes they tell you about it in your contract but if you only knew how much of it grows in your windowsills & on the sliding glass doors you'd be suprised. I am not right on the lake but somewhat close but that shouldn't cause the excessive mold that we have to keep wiping up. I've been sick here more then any place that I've ever lived in my life (due to mold).

Parking... oh that is something.. you get one covered spot & yet everyday you walk out there are so many covered spots NOT being used & the uncovered are taken all the time so there isn't much for friends to use.
as for the birds, yes their was birds chirping majorly loud but since they cut some trees down & pruned them it isn't so bad. Now for the duck poop, Yep it is all over the place & easy to track into your place. granted they do clean the sidewalks (mon-fri) only, so be careful on the weekends.
The pool they say is heated, well out of the winter months it was warm maybe twice that we could use. the jacuzzi is pretty good & the place is a nice place but it does have it's draw backs probably like most (except for the mold problem) did anyone else have this problem here'' If you don't like the smell of dead worms then don't live here cuz they do NOT treat the water & mosquitos are pretty heavy in the hot months & they spray around but NOT very good as the guy just sits on his 4wheeler & sprays from a distance.

I never have to "wipe my windows"??.. have you told the managment? Any time I have any thing wrong or maintenance requests all I do is call them and they fix or take care of it right away. They cannot fix what you don't tell them. As far a parking, I rent a garage so I never have problems with parking. All the carports near me are used? are you looking at night? in the day everyone is at work so it might look like there are more not used. I think most apartments only let you have on covered space.. so I am glad we have garages here.

This is interesting... I agree about the mosquitos and duck problems being part of nature's beauty but I never have to wipe window sills in my house. Do the windows at Reflections leak??

I responded earlier, don't know where that went?? But let me clarify...when I say "wipe out my window sills", I am talking about keeping them clean. Of course we get condensation and/or dust every so often. I have not had a problem of water leaking into my windows. This is not a problem that warrants contacting maintenance. I also have garages and agree with azschool's response about checking the parking at night. Almost all of the covered parking spaces are full. All in all, this is a great place to live!

My family and I are going to be relocating to Chandler July 2007. We have narrowed down our apartment choices to Ocotillo Bay, Pinnacle Queen Creek and Reflections at Gila Springs. We really loved Reflections. Can anyone give us some advice? We went on a tour in February (we looked at about 20 locations throughout the area) and I am going back in April to look again at our top choices. We have moved so much in the last few years, we just want to make a good choice right from the start to avoid having to move to another complex. Thanks a lot!
