I have lived in this apartment for some time. There are many good things about this apartment that I don't want repeat them. They are already covered by previous comments that I mostly agree on. I don't consider myself a picky person but I decide to move out when my lease ends. The two biggest problems about this apartment are:

1. The air conditioners are old and really noisy. In summer I tried my best to avoid turning on the air conditioner because it was so damn noisy that I couldn't watch TV. I won't invite my friends here in summer because of the noisy air conditioner. I first thought it was just my apartment, but then I checked with my neighbors and my friends living here and I was not alone. If you decide to move in, be prepared to bear with the noise in the long summer. The management wouldn't do anything about it which I consider a shame since the rent is not cheap and this apartment has some nice things.
2. The management raises the rent a lot each year. I just check its website and the rent is raised again even though there are many two bedroom vacancy.

First off, let me say "Thank you" for your choice to live at Reflections and for your nice comments. In response to your comments about the air conditioners, I have to say that I am surprised. We receive very few complaints regarding a/c noise and when we do, we are typically able to address the concerns to our residents satisfaction. Let me take a moment to give you some information about our units. These are not the central air units that people are able to install in their homes. This is a standard fan coil unit which is installed in apartments and condos throughout the valley. These units are much larger and have to work much harder to keep your apartments cool when the temperature is above 100 degrees. When your fan clicks on you will definitely hear the standard air flow which is unavoidable. However, if there is any other noise besides the fan, our residents should be and are encouraged to contact the office. In response to your comments about rental rate increases, we keep our rates in line with the other communities in our area, as they do the same. Due to the current high level of housing foreclosures, the demand for apartment living has increased and rental rates are based on market supply, demand, and conditions. Most residents are enjoying a below market rate. As for our vacancy, it changes daily. We are very proud that our occupancy rate has averaged 95% or better during this time of economic chaos. I have been shopping around for apartments and I have to concur about the pricing of Reflections. They do appear to be more expensive than similar buildings in Chandler. I wonder why they charge so much more? To be honest, though, their prices are so out of line that I won't even bother to investigate more.
