We looked at A LOT of apartments before choosing Reflections. We placed an elderly relative in this complex for 1.5 years. Overall, it was a quality experience. We found it safe and comfortable. A convenient location. Excellent maintenance support and helpful management/staff. Parking was good, better than most. Generally very quiet; could hear adjacent apartments ocassionally, but much less than expected. Apartments, grounds, and amenities are well cared for. Location on parkland/lake is a wonderful feature.
