Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
When I first moved into this apartment, I was happy becuase the furnishings were new and the apartment looked great. Now, after living there for several months, Im not so sure about this place. There's bird droppings all over the walkways. Sprinklers go off at random times, which can be annoying at times. The pool at night seems to be over run with hoodlums, drinkers and smokers.
But, beyond the small inconvieniences listed above, probably the biggest complaint that I have is the staff that works here. They are a bunch of idiots. Unfriendly, rude, and not helpful. Everytime I go in there, I feel like I'm walking into a sorority house asking for help. For as much as my girlfriend and I pay in rent, you would think the staff would be normal. I would not reccomend this complex mainly for that reason. Stay away if you expect to be acknowledged as a resident.

| I am very happy to hear that you love your apartment! We strive to have apartments that our residents can call home! As the comments regarding the birds and sprinklers have been addressed previously, I will address the pool comment. Our pool area is kept neat and clean. We have an on-site courtesy patrol who walks that area several times each night and is on-call whenever the office is closed to address any issues. We have received only 1 call about noise at the pool in the past two months and it was taken care of immediately. We take pride in our community areas and receive very positive comments from our residents. I do, however, take exception to the comments about our staff. I receive compliments, almost daily, from both residents and guests regarding the friendliness of my staff. Service, knowledge, and attitude are very important to our company. As we are proactive, our office and maintenance staff attend training classes monthly that are provided by our corporate office. Reflections at Gila Springs has received the "Presidents Circle of Excellence" award every year since 2002 for our customer service and high occupancy, something we are very proud of. Our office is open 7 days a week so that we may be there to serve the needs of our residents and we also have an open-door policy so that our residents may voice their comments and/or concerns. This comment is unfortunate, however, we are very secure in the knowledge that we have a wonderful community and staff here at Reflections. | |
