Do NOT trust anyone in the office

Do not trust anyone in the office. They would not return my deposit, which was 740.00
and when I was moving back to Florida, they said they would do a "walk through" after I had left. TRUSTING them, I let it happen, well a month after i moved out I had gotten a bill in the mail for 290.00, because they say they had to replace my carpet. My carpet was brand new. I asked them for photos to prove they had replaced it and the property manager (Paula) said she would be, of course she didnt. We got a phone call saying they had sent it off to the credit department. SO NOT ONLY IS IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT, IT IS ALSO ON MY RENTAL HISTORY.
Thanks Reflections

| All residents have the option to do a walk through BEFORE turning in keys. That option is stated on the Notice to Vacate which is filled out and signed by the residents. Reflections gives every opportunity for past residents to bring their account current in the event of damage to an apartment prior to us being forced to send the account to collections. Responsibility is something we all share when it comes to taking care of our community both inside and out. Needless to say there is more to this story, however, it is very unfortunate when our community is given a negative review based upon false information. | |

and yes you all are untrust wrothly. And who ever said I was too good to pay for something? before you start writing, you should teach yourself to read.
I asked for pictures because I will not pay for something I cant see for myself.
Thanks, and now everyone can see what a great neighor and manager you were.
Everyone yes make your own decision, would you want this lady as your neighor or your property manager?
Because like I said everyone in the office is like this women right here.

Pamela, I must say that I agree with you on all of your points except the crime one. I believe it is important to let others know what kind of area they are moving to before they make a decision. I was about to move to a place on Mill Avenue once but after reading about the horrible crimes that take place there, I was very content in staying where I was at. Though I do not believe it is the apartment complex owner's fault, I do believe that if you are going to run a business location should be your main concern. I blame corporate.
