I researched EVERY complex within the boundaries I had to live for school. This was 1 of the 2 priciest places, but it has become best in every area of my personal ratings system. HERE'S WHY:

(1) big unique floor plans - not a typical "box-shaped" place;
(2) small family complex without constant rotation of scary sketchy neighbors;
(3) clean and pretty; except duck poop from duck tenants-they clean that okay enough;
(4) proud to have visitors because it's NICER than most other apartments;
(5) maintenance is on the ball and good at their job;
(6) management KNOWS us because we're a small and personal community;

Of course I've got a couple things that aren't perfect:
(1) water pressure and time it takes to get hot water has always been poor;
(2) parking spots aren't close to our front doors;
(3) LOTS of big bugs running around on sidewalks at night (scares me!);
(4) garages are way too expensive to rent;
(5) no bike racks

Minimal stuff, probably same problems at other places, I'm just being 100% honest in my review.

MORE GOOD STUFF: The same staff has been here awhile and there's no constant rotation. They know what's going on and actually do their job. It seems like they care who lives here, so good tenants like me feel protected and safe, which makes me want to stay here as long as I can.

Price is my only problem. That's all. It was the highest rent out there when I moved in, and it's still at the top of the most expensive places. But it's obvious why: you get what you pay for! I sacrificed a lot to live here, and if you can do that too then you'll find it warrants the sacrifice. If it weren't so expensive I would stay MUCH longer. I have NO OTHER reason to move. IT IS THAT GREAT!

If you're an adult with your act together then you'll have the same experience as mine: you'll never regret choosing Reflections as your home. You just have to be able to keep paying the price for that happiness.
