Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
My car stereo was taken. They charged excessive late fees and demand payment made by money order even when you have NEVER bounced a check.

Rent was too high for what we got. Older and out-dated inside. No washer/dryer in apartments so expect to find quarters for laundry.
