Horrible Management/poor customer service.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
For the same price, you can live at a much nicer place--with better management. At this place, you're likely to see your car broken into, constant problems in your apartment--and a management group that doesn't care. I had to constantly call them to fix things. They lost (or stole) packages. And they ignored a pest problem.
